Ruffner’s Luxury Pet Boarding is more than a place to leave your pet while you are on vacation. We offer your pet a place to stay and vacation in style. Your pets are a part of the family and should be treated accordingly, so leaving them at an ordinary facility does not cut it. Give us a call at ​630-377-4589 today!

Drop-off day is charged a full day regardless of drop-off time. Monday-Friday Drop-off is from 8am-4pm. 
Saturday drop-off time is from 9am-3pm. Pick up your pet prior to 12pm and avoid being charged for that day.
Any pick-ups occurring after 12pm will be charged a full day of boarding.
Sunday drop-off or pick-up is from 3pm-5pm and is a full day boarding charge.

• Proof of Vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper, 6-month Bordetella
• Negative Stool Results: including Giardia screening must be sent BEFORE arrival
• Completed Boarding and Daycare Agreement
• Food, Vitamins & Medication: Please bring your dogs food. We provide food dishes and water bowls, but will accept slow feed-type bowls. Vitamins and medication in original packaging purchased or prescribed in.
• Bedding must fit in reserved room and be machine washable. Blankets with no holes will be accepted.
• Chew bones, bully sticks, and antlers must be approved by management

Includes a nicely decorated 4’ x 12’ room with a bed, daycare (durations below) then ​2 trips outside to a private, spacious, outdoor run.

CAT
​Boarding Accommodations & Add-Ons

CAT CONDO

Our cat condos are 2 feet wide and 3 ½ feet tall. They offer 3 levels: base for the litter pan, middle perch for jumping, and top for relaxing. Please consider this space when boarding multiple cats. It will be at management’s discretion if one condo is reserved but upon arrival, they need two condos. Each cat receives daily individual time out of the condo to enjoy our cat trees, toys, window, and take advantage of the space. Please note, we will not force any cat to come out of their condo nor will we offer time out to unfriendly cats.

Bring for your pet:

• Proof of Vaccinations: Rabies, and FVRCP (Distemper)
• Cat Carrier
• Completed Boarding and Daycare Agreement
• Please bring your pet's food. We will provide food and water dishes. We will not accept any plug-in water fountains.

No vaccines are required for these animals. Food and cages must be provided, and cages must be completely secure and inescapable. We will provide bottled water. Out of cage time and staff handling is upon the discretion of management and review of safety measures.
